Keep Legal Records Organized & Accessible
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Legal Records Associate to organize, maintain, and retrieve legal files and documents. This role supports attorneys and staff by ensuring records are accurate, secure, and easily accessible.

What You'll Do
Records & Document Management
• Open, index, organize, scan, and maintain legal case files and records
• Upload documents to electronic records systems and ensure accurate filing
• Maintain secure and organized file rooms and storage areas
• Locate and retrieve records for attorneys and staff
• Prepare files for closing, off-site storage, and secure disposal
Legal & Office Support
• Assist with trial binders, exhibits, and external records requests
• Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion
• Support scanning, filing, and document-related projects
• Provide mailroom or other office services support as needed
• Follow established records management and retention procedures
What You Bring
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous legal records, law firm, records management, or document services experience preferred
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience with scanning, electronic databases, and data entry
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and carry files and boxes up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, reach, and stand as needed
• Ability to perform frequent filing, scanning, and data entry
