Accountabilities: • Manage the customer expansion pipeline, keeping the CRM organized, accurate, and consistently updated throughout the sales cycle.

• Contribute to a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of previous experience in sales within Customer Success, preferably at the mid-level and in technology or SaaS companies.

• Strong familiarity with technology products and solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and connect product functionality with tangible customer benefits, outcomes, and business value.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly and clearly translate technical or complex concepts into relevant customer benefits.

• High energy, agility, and responsiveness, with the ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions and relatively short sales cycles.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.

• Experience with digital products and technology solutions, with a genuine interest in understanding how technology can solve customer problems.

• Practical experience managing sales funnels through CRM platforms such as Pipedrive or similar tools.

• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data to improve processes, pipeline management, and commercial performance.

• Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize activities independently.

• Solid negotiation skills and the ability to communicate the value and cost-benefit of technology solutions.

• Collaborative mindset, with a willingness to share customer insights and market feedback across different teams.

• Experience working within Customer Success or CSX-led sales operations is a plus.

• Previous experience selling or implementing chatbots, voicebots, WhatsApp automation platforms, or generative AI tools is an advantage.
