Accountabilities • Lead, educate, mentor, and manage a Medical Information team and enquiry handlers to deliver high-quality Medical Communications services.
• Ensure Medical Information services consistently meet quality standards, KPIs, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and applicable Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information agreements.
• Support the full delivery lifecycle of outsourced Medical Information services, including program management, service setup, program expansion, and ongoing compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to business development activities and support the continued growth of Medical Information services.
• Participate in client audits and regulatory inspections as required.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacovigilance regulatory obligations and support root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences; a healthcare-related degree is advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean language skills are preferred.
• Experience in program management, preferably within a Pharmacovigilance or Medical Information environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in a call center operation, ideally within Medical Information services.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, and line management.
• Strong critical-thinking abilities and a creative, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and service delivery.
