Accountabilities • Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including eLearning modules, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), Web-Based Learning (WBL), process documentation, job aids, quick reference guides, assessments, and multimedia assets.

• Build complete learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, taking projects from initial concept through final deployment.

• Develop interactive simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, knowledge checks, and other learner-centered experiences.

• Create AI-enabled learning content using tools such as Colossyan AI and other emerging content-development technologies.

• Produce and edit instructional videos and multimedia content using appropriate production and editing tools.

• Design visually engaging graphics, infographics, and learning materials in Canva while maintaining established branding standards.

• Apply instructional design frameworks, adult learning principles, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and learning design models to create effective and measurable learning experiences.

• Conduct quality assurance reviews to verify content accuracy, consistency, functionality, accessibility, usability, and learner engagement.

• Maintain and update existing learning materials to reflect changes in business processes, systems, procedures, or operational requirements.

• Support curriculum and content maintenance within learning management systems and ensure materials remain current and accessible.

• Manage multiple learning-development projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting agreed delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of professional experience in eLearning development, instructional design, learning content development, or a closely related field.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning content.

• Solid understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, Bloom’s Taxonomy, storyboarding, prototyping, and assessment design.

• Hands-on proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Colossyan AI, Canva, Camtasia, Whatfix, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience developing simulations, multimedia learning assets, instructional videos, and knowledge checks.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a remote and global environment.

• Experience developing training for customer service or contact center environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry operations and processes is advantageous.

• A portfolio demonstrating eLearning, multimedia, simulation, video, and learning-asset development is preferred.

• Certifications in instructional design, Articulate 360, eLearning development, or Learning Experience Design are a plus.
