Senior Creator Development Partner

Owns the commercial performance, creative quality, and capability growth of our creators, live hosts, and affiliate partners across our Social Commerce business. This role focuses entirely on the creator output ecosystem from upskilling creators, optimizing on-camera sales conversion, standardizing performance playbooks, and building structured growth frameworks across live commerce livestreams, short-form video content, and affiliate campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Conduct structured performance monitoring across Live Commerce livestreams and Social Content to evaluate sales techniques, host energy, product positioning, and audience engagement.

• Analyze key KPIs such as GMV, viewer retention, click-through rate, conversion rate, alongside Affiliate/MCN performance data to deliver personalized, actionable coaching to creators.

• Partner with Account and Brand Managers to ensure creators accurately communicate USPs, campaign mechanics, and brand voice while maintaining their authentic creator persona.

• Track attendance, validate rendered hours, and ensure accurate timekeeping records.

• Design and lead regular training modules covering live commerce sales tactics, short-form video hooks, platform algorithm best practices, and audience retention strategies.

• Train live hosts to successfully create high-converting short-form video content, and coach affiliate/MCN creators on transitioning into live commerce hosting.

• Process payouts for project-based/part-time, and on-call Live Hosts.

• Collaborate with Social Content Production and Live Commerce Production teams to align creator performance with visual aesthetics, set designs, and campaign themes.

• Work alongside the Affiliate team to identify high-potential MCN creators, providing them with training, resources, and coaching to scale their sales volume and brand partnerships.

Who You Are

• 2–3 years of experience in Live Commerce, Creator Development, Talent Development, or Social Commerce.

• Proven experience coaching live hosts, creators, affiliates, or MCN/KOL talent for commercial performance.

• Hands-on knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Lazada Live, including live selling and affiliate ecosystems

• Strong understanding of live selling, product positioning, audience engagement, and conversion strategies.

• Experience developing shoppable short-form content and coaching creators on hooks, demos, storytelling, and CTAs

• Ability to analyze GMV, conversion, CTR, retention, and engagement and translate insights into actionable coaching

• Experience creating training programs, SOPs, sales playbooks, and coaching frameworks for live commerce talent

• Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across Brand, Account, Affiliate, MCN, and Live Commerce teams.'Commercially driven, with experience supporting mega-sale, payday, or high-volume livestream campaigns preferred

• Willing to work 100% onsite and follow a shifting 5-day work schedule with 2 days off
