We are looking for a Junior HRBP, who will join our HR team and take ownership of key HR processes for company employees. You will be there every step of the way: running welcome presentations for new joiners on their first day, partnering closely with managers, leading 1-1s and performance reviews, and supporting the full adaptation cycle. In this role, you will • Conduct welcome presentations for new employees on their first day
• Work closely with managers and support them in day-to-day people-related matters
• Conduct performance reviews and 1-1 meetings
• Track and close the adaptation process for new employees
• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing development
• Keep HR processes, follow-ups and documentation organized and up to date
• Make sure important people-related tasks are completed on time and nothing gets lost along the way
It's all about you • 1+ year of experience in HR, such as Generalist, People Partner or Junior HRBP
• Confident use of Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar and Forms
• Basic understanding of HR processes: pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation and 1-1s
• Upper-Intermediate English, both written and spoken
• Proactive and energetic, with a strong sense of ownership — you carry tasks through to the end and aren't afraid to ask questions
• Detail-oriented, comfortable working with checklists and meeting deadlines
• Clear, pleasant communication style, both written and spoken
• Flexible, empathetic, and a fast learner
Would be a plus
• Experience using ChatGPT or Claude for routine tasks like email templates, checklists, or meeting summaries
