About the Role

At Uber Freight, we pride ourselves on the amazing team we've built. It is our people who drive our growth, embody our mission, and craft the innovative technology we are known for. We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico — someone who can confidently manage a high volume of concurrent searches across multiple key departments of the company, without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. In this role, you'll own the search strategy and candidate experience execution for the business lines and contribute to projects that improve how we attract and hire talent across one of the fastest-growing freight technology companies in the world.

What You'll Do

• Execute active, proactive sourcing for candidates across multiple open positions at the same time, spanning different areas of the business.

• Manage several searches simultaneously across different stages of the process, maintaining clear pipeline visibility and prioritizing effectively without dropping the ball.

• Use a variety of sources and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, job boards, networks) to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.

• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.

• Perform an initial screening and basic assessment of candidates before handing them off to the recruiting team.

• Keep the ATS updated with accurate candidate information at every stage of the process.

• Use sourcing reports, dashboards, and metrics to track pipeline health and identify bottlenecks.

• Deliver a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, with timely and professional communication.

• Collaborate with the broader TA team to share learnings and contribute to process improvements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (completed or about to graduate).

• Up to 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or a related field — internships are also considered.

• Experience managing multiple searches or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (academic, internship, or work settings all count).

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS).

• Interest in using sourcing data and metrics to support recruiting decisions.

• Knowledge of or interest in the logistics, supply chain, or freight brokerage industry — whether through recruiting for those types of roles or direct experience in the space. This helps you better understand the business and engage candidates more effectively.
