What the employer wrote

Team description

The People team in Chile is the engine behind SumUp's commercial growth, and Talent Acquisition sits at the centre of it, building the sales force that's taking SumUp to more small businesses across the country. As the Field Sales team scales from 90 to 130+ Sales Executives in 2026, this role joins our local TA function as the second dedicated Talent Acquisition Associate II, sharing the recruiting load with the current partner so both can deliver full, high-quality coverage. Whoever joins will get hands-on experience running high-volume recruiting end to end, shaping hiring data and process, and working closely with People colleagues to keep pace with one of SumUp's fastest scaling markets.

What you'll do

• Lead end to end recruiting for Field Sales Executive roles, aiming for roughly 15 to 20 hires a month

• Hiring for Sales Team Leaders, Activation Executives and Inbound Sales Executives alongside the current Talent Acquisition Associate II

• Keep hiring on track against SLAs, aiming for an average time to fill of around 30 days

• Deliver a strong, qualified candidate pipeline for every open role within agreed timeframes

• Keep candidate and hiring data accurate and current in Greenhouse and Workday

• Support employer branding activity and interviewer training, including roleplay sessions for Team Leaders and Sales Managers

You'll be great for this role if…

• Experience recruiting in high volume environments, ideally within sales teams

• Strong analytical skills and comfort using hiring data to spot bottlenecks and improve process

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, with attention to data accuracy

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, across different stakeholders

• Fluency in English
