We are now looking for a full-time Junior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounts Payable Team in Helsinki. The Accounts Payable Team currently consists of five professionals and is mainly responsible for parent company accounts payables and payments transactions. Accounts Payable Team is part of the Accounting Team and under the Group Financial Control & Operations team.

This is a new role to strengthen our Team as the company is growing.

What you’ll be doing:

The Junior Accounts Payable Specialist will play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day finance operations are running smoothly. The key responsibilities are:

• Processing of supplier invoices and setting up the correct accounts and reporting dimensions Ensuring correct tax and VAT treatment of supplier invoices

• Handling AP related queries

• Overseeing the invoice approval workflow

• Creating payments

• Supporting in AP related projects

• Assisting with other accounting or finance related tasks

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Relevant studies in e.g. accounting, finance, business

• Previous Accounts Payable experience is considered as an advantage

• Fluency in English

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a timely and precise manner

• Independent and proactive work-attitude. You will get onboarded and supported by the team.

• solid Excel skills, Teams knowledge etc. with ERP/NetSuite experience noted as a plus
