What the employer wrote

About HexCoded HexCoded (hexcoded.ai) is an AI creative studio — creators and brands use our platform to produce video content end-to-end with AI: films, short dramas, and ad creatives. We also produce as a studio: AI short-drama series and films for platforms, IP holders, and labels, with our first film in production right now. We’re a small founder-led team building fast, and whoever joins us works directly with the founders, with real ownership from day one.   About the role Sales at HexCoded is not a dialer job. Our buyers are a few dozen named companies — short-drama apps, AI-native content platforms, IP holders, music labels — and we win them with a proof piece and a direct, well-researched ask. You’ll run that machine, and you’ll build the tools that run it.   What’s the founder’s, not yours: the first call with every new buyer and the price. You’re in the room for those; after that the relationship is yours to run.

The terms, up front • Remote, from anywhere.

• Full-time, 6 days a week, 6 months, starts immediately.

• We sell in the USA too, so some calls fall in the late evening India time.

• Stipend: open. Tell us what works for you in the form.

• Full-time offer on completion for strong performers.

• Own laptop and reliable internet.

What you'll actually work on • Own the target account list. Research each buyer, find the right person — heads of content, commissioning, partnerships — verify contacts, keep the list ranked and honest.

• Write outreach that gets replies. First touch, day-3 and day-7 follow-ups, per company, not sequences. Log every reply.

• File and chase partner programs at platforms — concept notes, samples, application status.

• Book and prep founder calls. A call brief before, a recap and one-pager after, and take the thread forward from there.

• Build your own stack with Claude Code. Enrichment agents, an outreach drafter that reads a buyer’s catalogue, a call-brief generator, a follow-up bot, the pipeline tracker. If you do it twice by hand, automate it.

• Run GTM for the platform side. Launch posts, community drops, creator partnerships, directory listings, landing and pricing copy tests with the founder.

• Coordinate delivery admin once a pilot is signed. Schedule, asset chasing, status notes.

• Own a weekly one-page GTM report. Touched, replied, booked, signed, and what we change next week.

What you'll bring • You build. You’ve made something with Claude Code (or Cursor / Codex) that works — a bot, a site, a script, a sheet that does something — and you can show it. Git and APIs don’t scare you, even if you’re still learning them.

• You automate. You’ve built, or badly want to build, things that do a task for you: research a company, draft an email, update a sheet, book a call. You don’t need to have done all of this before; we’ll teach you as you go.

• You understand B2B sales and GTM — who buys, why they say no, what a follow-up that gets answered looks like — or you’re sharp enough that it won’t take you long.

• You’re really good with people , in writing and on calls. Short emails that get replies, and no fear of a phone. You’ll be the first HexCoded voice most buyers hear.

• Organised to the point of annoying. Dozens of accounts, three waves, zero dropped threads, tracker never a day stale
