Senior BI System Analyst

What You'll Do • Clarify and translate business requirements into functional specifications, data requirements, reporting logic, and dashboard scope

• Design and build BI reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical solutions based on approved requirements

• Convert business process scenarios and KPI needs into practical, user-friendly visual analytics solutions

• Support testing, validation, user acceptance, and deployment of BI solutions

• Troubleshoot report defects, data discrepancies, refresh failures, and performance issues, coordinating with data engineering and infrastructure teams to restore service

• Maintain service documentation, support guides, and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency

• Monitor BI service, dashboard, and report usage and data accuracy, recommending improvements where needed

• Support KPI definition, performance tracking, and management reporting needs

Core Essentials • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics delivery, reporting, or business systems analysis

• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik

• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis and reporting logic

• Experience designing executive dashboards, operational reporting, and KPI scorecards

• Business-fluent English (read, write, verbal)

Bonus Skills • Experience applying AI capabilities to reporting and analytics, such as prompt engineering or natural-language and conversational analytics

• Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik certification

• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL v4 Foundation
