We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the technical positioning of our platform, including integrations, architecture, data flows, APIs, and feature-level differentiation.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Solutions to translate technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories for CIOs, IT leaders, data teams, engineers, and other technical buyers. You’ll also create the technical content and enablement our revenue teams need to compete in complex enterprise deals.
Responsibilities
• Own technical product positioning and feature-level differentiation across the platform.
• Translate product architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows into clear messaging for technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle to develop accurate, differentiated positioning and launch narratives.
• Build integration narratives and “better together” stories across ESPs, CDPs, data warehouses, DAMs, and other enterprise technologies.
• Create technical sales assets, including architecture diagrams, data flows, integration guides, one-pagers, battlecards, and objection-handling materials.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on complex enterprise opportunities where technical differentiation can influence the deal.
• Develop technical enablement, discovery frameworks, demo narratives, and talk tracks for CIO, IT, data, and engineering audiences.
• Build and maintain scalable technical content, RFP responses, and enablement resources as the product and competitive landscape evolve.
• Develop technical thought leadership across blogs, webinars, campaigns, analyst conversations, and industry events.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, or a related B2B SaaS role.
• Experience in Martech, customer data, marketing automation, CRM, or a related technology ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, cloud architecture, and SaaS technologies.
• Experience creating technical content such as architecture diagrams, integration guides, technical one-pagers, and sales materials.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineers, or Solutions Consultants.
• Ability to communicate effectively with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, data architects, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting enterprise RFPs and technical evaluations.
• Familiarity with CDPs, ESPs, marketing clouds, data warehouses, and data activation workflows.
• Experience building technical sales or enablement programs at scale.
• Experience working with technology partners and developing integration or “better together” narratives.
