As an Electrical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Electrical projects within a high-tech semiconductor manufacturing facility. You’ll be responsible for project scope, budget, and schedule management — ensuring safe, compliant, and on-time project delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, technical project management expertise, and proven experience coordinating complex industrial projects from conception through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of Electrical team project delivery — from scope development, planning, and scheduling to execution and closeout — ensuring strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Seek competitive bids from qualified contractors and vendors across multiple disciplines to achieve best-value results.

• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track performed work, ensuring alignment with project budgets and approved scopes.

• Manage project risks, issues, and changes while serving as the primary point of contact for all trade partners.

• Work with mechanical, I&C, other electrical, FMS and LSS subcontractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and objectives.

• Projects that require design services, permitting or demolition of utilities back to source shall be referred to the Intel SPGC group

• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines; monitor progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Oversee procurement, installation, and commissioning

• Ensure compliance with semiconductor facility specifications, environmental regulations, and applicable industry standards (e.g., SEMI, OSHA, EPA).

• Identify and mitigate technical and operational challenges to maintain project performance and momentum.

• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and clients, including schedule performance reports.

• Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement throughout project execution.

• Own any AAR ( After action review ), or event follow up, drive closure/risk mitigation with the team and for the client.

• Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional development and technical excellence.

• Demonstrate proficiency in construction sequencing and commissioning to meet aggressive project timelines.

• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners to ensure alignment on project scope, quality, and delivery expectations.

• Utilize construction management and scheduling software to track, manage, and report project progress.

• Serve as the primary field representative for all construction and project coordination activities on site.

Skills Required:

• Minimum 5 years of Electrical Project Management experience, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech construction industry.

• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Experience with construction management tools and project scheduling platforms.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

 

Education / Licenses / Certifications

• PMP Certification preferred (not required).

• NFPA 70E Certified

• Formal degree preferred but not required; relevant industry experience will be strongly considered.

• Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
