Accountabilities: • Serve as a key implementation resource for Project Managers, supporting customer onboarding, product configuration, one-on-one training, and post-go-live assistance.
• Consult with customers to understand their website vision and strategy and recommend effective approaches for web content and product utilization.
• Provide consultation, configuration, and training across websites, mobile applications, roster synchronization, APIs, beacons, geofencing, CRM systems, and related product lines.
• Determine the scope of custom configurations and builds based on customer specifications and project requirements.
• Advise customers on best practices to ensure they maximize the functionality of the broader product suite.
• Manage multiple customers, projects, and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation covering standard practices, processes, configurations, and project activities.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them into clear, practical technology solutions.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on newly developed websites and other products, document issues, and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
• Troubleshoot website and mobile application issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up, responsiveness, clear communication, and attention to customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with Product Managers by sharing customer feedback, identifying opportunities, and communicating feature requests.
• Work with Support teams and leadership during customer transitions, highlighting unique configurations and potential knowledge gaps that require additional support preparation.
Requirements
• 4+ years of relevant and progressively responsible experience, preferably in software, web implementation, quality assurance, project management, or customer-facing technology roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects across different product lines, such as websites, CRM, reservations, accounting, or point-of-sale systems.
• Operational knowledge of relational databases, database schemas, SQL, VBScript, and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, APIs, CSS, HTML, and web technologies.
• Proven experience in software or website product quality assurance, including identifying, documenting, and communicating technical issues.
• Experience with project management and a strong understanding of customer support and client success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and remain patient and supportive during customer training.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, relationship-management, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to educate customers on best practices and help them maximize product value.
• Ability to understand complex customer needs, work through ambiguity, and develop effective business and technical solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, composure, and independent problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across different levels and functions in a fast-changing environment.
• Curious, empathetic, positive, adaptable, and motivated by meaningful work and continuous improvement.
