Accountabilities: • Develop territory-level business and customer plans by analyzing territory and account data, identifying opportunities and risks, and establishing quantified actions that support sustainable and profitable sales growth.

• Execute defined KPIs and lead measures through effective customer discussions and activities designed to generate consistent territory performance.

• Leverage in-depth product and customer need-state knowledge to position specialty health products as relevant solutions for healthcare practitioners.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Health Care Practitioners, particularly Naturopathic Doctors, through consistent engagement, education, and value-added support.

• Maintain accurate and timely CRM records, using customer insights and documented activities to identify next steps and advance the sales process.

• Grow Strategic and Key Accounts while proactively developing new business through drop-ins, cold calls, and other prospecting activities across the assigned territory.

• Execute territory and customer plans while achieving individual and team sales targets and contributing to broader business objectives.

• Participate actively in meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring appropriate follow-up and translating new opportunities into actionable sales activities.

• Adapt territory strategies and customer engagement approaches in response to changes in the internal and external business environment.

• Identify and develop new practitioner relationships while expanding opportunities within existing accounts through consultative engagement and strong business partnerships.

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree in Business, Nutrition, Life Science, or a related discipline, or bring equivalent professional experience.

• Have a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record, with the ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.

• Bring 2+ years of successful sales or related business experience, preferably in a customer-facing or territory management environment.

• Experience in the supplements, healthcare, health food, sports science, wellness, or natural health industries is considered an advantage.

• Demonstrate excellent relationship-building, interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.

• Be comfortable engaging directly with healthcare practitioners and multiple stakeholders while building long-term professional relationships.

• Bring a creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to develop innovative approaches that address customer needs and support positive business outcomes.

• Demonstrate strong organization, autonomy, and the ability to manage territory priorities while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• A background as a Naturopathic Doctor, holistic nutritionist, or other wellness-focused professional is considered an asset.

• Be comfortable with occasional overnight travel and weekend work when required.
