Accountabilities • Own end-to-end interview coordination, including complex interview panels, cross-time-zone scheduling, rescheduling, preparation, and follow-up, while keeping candidates moving efficiently through the process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the interview lifecycle, ensuring candidates receive timely, clear, and thoughtful updates at every stage.
• Partner proactively with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to secure availability, resolve scheduling constraints, and prevent unnecessary delays.
• Maintain accurate and actionable recruiting workflows in Greenhouse, including candidate records, interview plans, scorecards, approvals, stage movements, and reporting.
• Support sourcing for priority roles by translating hiring criteria into target candidate profiles, building searches, identifying qualified talent, and developing thoughtful outreach.
• Develop familiarity with the cybersecurity industry, business functions, and talent expectations to assess candidate quality beyond resume keywords.
• Progressively support initial candidate qualification and selected recruiter screens, providing evidence-based recommendations to hiring teams.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and handoffs into onboarding, working closely with relevant internal teams.
• Identify friction and repetitive work across recruiting operations and contribute to better templates, workflows, automation, AI-assisted tools, interviewer resources, and scalable programs.
• Help evolve the broader Talent Acquisition operating model by contributing ideas, analyzing processes, and implementing improvements that increase speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition, sourcing, or a similarly fast-paced people or customer operations environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex interview scheduling and candidate communication while keeping multiple priorities and details organized.
• Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to anticipate next steps, take initiative, and solve problems without waiting for detailed instructions.
• Excellent candidate and customer-service instincts, with proactive communication and a strong focus on delivering a positive experience.
• Confidence to respectfully push for decisions, feedback, or interviewer availability when a process risks stalling.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or comparable applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows.
• Interest in sourcing and the ability to translate role requirements into a clear target candidate profile; experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, or other sourcing methods is strongly preferred.
• Builder mindset with a natural tendency to identify broken or repetitive processes and look for ways to simplify, automate, or eliminate them.
• Comfort experimenting with AI and automation tools while applying sound judgment and validating outputs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and leadership.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain momentum without relying on a perfectly defined playbook.
• Experience extending beyond traditional recruiting coordination into sourcing, recruiting programs, analytics, ATS/process ownership, interviewer enablement, or onboarding is a strong plus.
• A degree is welcome but not required; demonstrated capability, relevant experience, learning agility, and results are valued highly.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not currently available.

• Targeted compensation range of approximately $71,000–$83,000 , depending on experience, skills, and market data.
