Accountabilities • Own end-to-end product design:  Lead experiences from discovery, problem definition, and low-fidelity exploration through detailed, developer-ready designs.

• Champion user needs:  Stay closely connected to customers through research, interviews, usability testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Translate insights into solutions:  Turn user and business insights into intuitive, accessible, polished experiences that address core needs, edge cases, and multiple product states.

• Partner cross-functionally:  Work closely with product managers and engineers to frame problems, evaluate tradeoffs, and identify effective solutions.

• Prototype and validate:  Quickly develop prototypes at the appropriate level of fidelity and test concepts to refine experiences before implementation.

• Strengthen the design system:  Contribute reusable, accessible, and well-documented components and patterns that improve consistency across the product.

• Elevate design quality:  Share work early and often, actively participate in design critiques, incorporate feedback, and help raise the quality of the broader design organization.

• Balance craft and execution:  Apply strong visual and interaction design judgment while knowing when additional refinement will meaningfully improve the customer experience and when it is time to ship.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience , with a proven record of designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional environments.

• Strong portfolio:  Demonstrated user-centered problem solving, sophisticated UX thinking, and high-quality visual and interaction design.

• Advanced Figma proficiency:  Comfortable working with component libraries, prototyping workflows, design tokens, and modern design-system practices.

• End-to-end product expertise:  Experience taking ambiguous problems through discovery, ideation, validation, iteration, and final implementation.

• Strong communication:  Ability to clearly explain design decisions, user needs, priorities, and tradeoffs to product, engineering, and other stakeholders.

• User empathy and curiosity:  Genuine interest in understanding how people think and work, identifying friction, and improving real-world outcomes through design.

• High design judgment:  A strong eye for usability, interaction, visual quality, accessibility, and consistency, combined with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Collaborative mindset:  Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, participating in critiques, and partnering closely with multidisciplinary teams.

• Independent execution:  Able to take ownership of a defined product area, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work with limited oversight.

• Growth orientation:  Motivated to expand influence across design craft, product thinking, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving environment.
