Accountabilities • Own and continuously improve the global equity compensation program, ensuring it remains scalable, compliant, accurate, and appropriately structured for a growing organization with dual-listed operations.

• Manage day-to-day equity administration, including stock option exercises, RSU vesting releases, and coordination with HR and Payroll.

• Maintain the capitalization table and reconcile equity records across Finance, HR, Payroll, and the equity administration platform to ensure data integrity.

• Maintain accurate equity records in Fidelity and conduct thorough reviews and self-audits of equity data and transactions.

• Partner with HR, Legal, and Payroll to ensure appropriate tax treatment for equity vesting and employee mobility across international jurisdictions.

• Provide responsive, professional support to equity participants, including senior executives, board members, employees, and internal business partners.

• Develop employee communications, educational materials, training sessions, and information programs that make equity compensation easier to understand and navigate.

• Prepare executive compensation and beneficial ownership information for annual proxy reporting and maintain documentation supporting Section 16 Forms 3, 4, and 5.

• Administer insider trading policy processes, including trading windows and restrictions across multiple stock listings.

• Manage relationships with external equity plan providers, transfer agents, and other service partners.

• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, strengthen controls, streamline workflows, and improve the overall efficiency of stock plan operations.

• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives, including the potential launch of new equity programs such as an ESPP and improvements to systems, processes, and program infrastructure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of general and programmatic stock plan administration experience within a U.S. public company, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.

• Demonstrated experience building, enhancing, and scaling equity compensation programs, with experience launching an ESPP strongly preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of global equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and employee stock purchase plans.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong project-management and organizational skills, with the ability to validate data accuracy and review the work of others.

• Proven ability to identify inefficient manual processes and implement automation or other improvements that increase accuracy and scalability.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with sound judgment when working through complex or ambiguous situations.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executives, support employees, and communicate technical matters with external vendors.

• Familiarity with AI tools and an openness to using AI to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and improve operational efficiency; experience with Claude is a plus.

• Active Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is preferred but not required.

• Experience with Fidelity PSW is a plus.

• Comfortable working independently within a small, high-impact team and collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Legal, Payroll, and external partners.
