Senior Product Manager

Accountabilities • Define and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and long-term organizational priorities.

• Lead product discovery by gathering customer insights, conducting market research, analyzing competitive trends, and identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

• Translate business goals and customer requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development backlogs.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to plan, develop, launch, and continuously improve product capabilities.

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation and opportunity assessment through development, launch, post-launch monitoring, and ongoing optimization.

• Establish and track product success metrics, evaluate performance data, and use customer feedback and analytical insights to inform product decisions.

• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, available resources, and strategic objectives.

• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, align expectations, communicate product priorities, and resolve competing requirements across business and technical teams.

• Support Agile and Scrum practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain product documentation, including product briefs, roadmaps, requirements, release notes, and other materials needed to support effective execution.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline product discovery, accelerate documentation, develop prototypes, and improve product planning and validation.

• Identify product risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges early, working with relevant teams to develop practical solutions and maintain delivery momentum.

• Champion a customer-centric, outcome-oriented product culture that emphasizes measurable results, continuous learning, and effective collaboration.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in product management, preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology-driven environments, with a track record of delivering successful products.

• Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, product discovery, market research, customer needs analysis, and lifecycle management.

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development priorities.

• Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and cross-functional product delivery practices.

• Experience collaborating with engineering, design, business, and other stakeholders to deliver products that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to define success metrics, interpret product performance data, and evaluate business impact.

• Experience using customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities and guide prioritization decisions.

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for product management, including generating product briefs, supporting documentation, and creating prototypes to validate ideas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, articulate product vision, and communicate priorities effectively.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, including the ability to build alignment, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions without relying solely on formal authority.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and maintain focus on measurable outcomes.

• A customer-focused mindset, combined with strategic thinking, adaptability, ownership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience launching new products from concept to market, managing complex product portfolios, or leading zero-to-one initiatives is an advantage.

• An MBA or other relevant advanced qualification may be beneficial.

• Experience in real estate technology, financial services, title insurance, mortgage solutions, or related enterprise domains is an additional advantage.
