Accountabilities • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to technology partners, helping them strengthen marketing capabilities, effectiveness, and business performance.

• Develop and execute partner-focused marketing strategies designed to increase demand generation, pipeline growth, and commercial impact.

• Assess partner marketing performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend improvements.

• Support the development and execution of go-to-market initiatives, growth programs, and scalable marketing solutions.

• Help partners maximize the value of marketing programs, resources, campaigns, tools, and established best practices.

• Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders and contribute to long-term account and business success.

• Develop marketing toolkits, frameworks, readiness initiatives, and other resources that improve partner capabilities where required.

• Monitor industry developments, digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 7 or more years in Partner Marketing, Channel Marketing, B2B Marketing, Technology Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, or a related field.

• Proven experience developing and executing demand generation, growth marketing, and partner-focused initiatives.

• Experience working with technology partners, channel organizations, OEMs, hardware companies, software providers, SaaS businesses, or related technology ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign strategy, market analysis, customer engagement, and marketing performance.

• Experience working with CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Experience supporting partner ecosystems, channel programs, or partner enablement initiatives is advantageous.

• Experience working with large technology vendors, distributors, OEMs, or device manufacturers is a plus.

• Knowledge of marketing readiness, capability development, training programs, marketing toolkits, or best-practice frameworks is beneficial.

• Background in cloud, software, hardware, artificial intelligence, or other emerging technologies is advantageous.

• A Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
