Accountabilities • Own product marketing activities for a defined portfolio of products, supporting the full lifecycle from discovery and validation through launch, learning, optimization, and scale.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative consumer data to identify behavioral patterns, friction points, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Support and contribute to consumer research and customer advocacy initiatives, using insights to improve product positioning and experiences.
• Bring a strong consumer perspective to problem definition, messaging, product experiences, and marketing strategies.
• Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research, insight generation, strategic thinking, and marketing planning.
• Develop clear product positioning and messaging grounded in user research and behavioral data.
• Create and execute go-to-market plans across in-app experiences, lifecycle communications, and broader marketing channels.
• Monitor product adoption and engagement after launch, identify risks or opportunities, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Approach launches and optimizations as continuous experiments, defining opportunities for learning, measuring results, and iterating accordingly.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Marketing Communications as primary collaborators throughout product launches and improvements.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and Marketing to move initiatives forward and adapt priorities as business needs evolve.
• Document insights, decisions, and learnings so knowledge can be shared effectively across teams.
Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Consumer Research, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internships, co-ops, academic projects, or other relevant hands-on experiences are considered valuable.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work confidently with qualitative feedback, behavioral data, and survey results.
• Ability to translate complex information into concise insights, recommendations, positioning, or actionable next steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and enthusiasm for using technology to improve research, analysis, productivity, and marketing execution.
• A consumer-focused mindset and interest in understanding how people discover, evaluate, and engage with products.
• High standards for quality, accuracy, and execution, with a commitment to identifying and resolving problems rather than passing them forward.
• Comfortable challenging conventional approaches and developing new ways of solving problems.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly in an environment where priorities can evolve.
• Ability to build trust through active listening, candid communication, and respectful collaboration.
• Confidence to respectfully challenge decisions, advocate for ideas, and commit fully once a direction has been established.
• Strong ownership mentality, resilience, and focus on delivering measurable results.
• Experience with consumer-facing or mobile products is a plus.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies, NPS analysis, or customer interview programs is a plus.
• Experience with lifecycle messaging, in-product copy, Braze, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Background in fintech, subscriptions, marketplaces, or other consumer technology businesses is a plus.
