Seminar Staff Candidate Program

Accountabilities: • Participate in the Candidate Program assessment process to be considered for future Seminar Staff opportunities.

• Demonstrate strong coaching knowledge, professional expertise, and the ability to communicate training concepts effectively.

• Maintain active involvement as a working trainer at an affiliated fitness facility.

• Apply professional coaching experience and subject matter expertise in seminar and educational settings as opportunities become available.

• Uphold high standards of professionalism, communication, instruction, and engagement throughout the assessment and selection process.

• Be prepared to contribute to future seminar training initiatives designed to educate and develop other fitness professionals.

Requirements:

• Hold a current CF-L3 credential.

• Be an active and currently working trainer at an affiliated fitness facility.

• Demonstrate fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in professional and instructional settings.

• Bring strong coaching knowledge and practical experience working directly with athletes or fitness clients.

• Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Be willing to complete the required Candidate Program assessment process.

• Meet the eligibility requirements for consideration regardless of geographic location within the United States.
