Accountabilities: • Serve as a senior technical authority on complex enterprise IT consulting initiatives, providing architecture leadership and helping ensure successful enterprise application rollouts.

• Lead cross-functional enterprise architecture programs, transformation initiatives, and organizational change efforts across business and technology teams.

• Support mergers and acquisitions by leading technology integration activities and ensuring architecture alignment across integrated environments.

• Establish and implement architecture standards, principles, guidelines, and processes that support scalable technology solutions across multiple platforms, operating systems, and applications.

• Apply broad expertise across software development, hardware, data, systems, and technology platforms to design and support enterprise solutions.

• Align IT strategy, architecture planning, and technology investments with broader business goals and objectives.

• Drive the creation and execution of long-term strategic roadmaps for enterprise IT architecture, integrating business and service strategies into future-state architecture plans.

• Partner with business leaders and technology subject-matter experts to understand requirements and translate them into effective, scalable technology solutions.

• Provide technical leadership for large-scale enterprise projects and initiatives, ensuring proposed solutions align with established architecture principles and standards.

• Analyze industry, technology, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities, risks, and potential impacts on the enterprise technology landscape.

• Assess current business and IT environments to identify critical deficiencies and recommend architecture, process, or technology improvements.

• Drive adoption of updated enterprise policies, processes, architecture guidelines, and standards.

• Advise program and project teams on solution design and architectural alignment across business, application, data, technology, and other architecture viewpoints.

• Define organizational requirements related to resources, structure, and cultural changes needed to support a mature enterprise architecture function.

• Prepare senior-level position papers and lead executive briefings on architecture strategy, technology decisions, and transformation initiatives.

• Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to new and existing enterprise IT architecture team members.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of IT experience developing enterprise architecture models and strategic roadmaps, along with experience in systems integration design, development, and implementation, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

• At least 3 years of management or technical leadership experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Healthcare, Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced understanding of IT architecture and the software development lifecycle.

• Advanced information systems and program expertise spanning multiple technologies, platforms, processing environments, and components of enterprise technical architecture.

• Experience with Microsoft .NET platform development or Java development.

• Hands-on cloud implementation experience with Azure, GCP, AWS, or a combination of these platforms.

• Knowledge of healthcare payer processes, industry practices, and technology trends.

• Ability to execute data queries and analysis to support fact-based technology and business decisions.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, strategic-planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with process design, continuous improvement, and strategic transformation.

• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management capabilities.

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, research, and evaluate new concepts, technologies, and emerging ideas.

• Ability to collaborate across functions within a highly matrixed organization and influence stakeholders toward scalable enterprise solutions.

• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior executives.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel, as well as SQL.

• Preferred experience with The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) methodology or framework.

• Preferred managed care experience, including knowledge of healthcare payer systems, standards, and protocols.

• Preferred understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Benefits:

• Annual salary range of $96,325.57–$208,705.40 , with actual compensation varying based on geographic location, work experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.
