Clinical Provider

Accountabilities • Provide high-quality  1-on-1 clinical support  through telehealth and, where applicable, onsite sessions.

• Assess and support clients presenting with a broad range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and other conditions.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches to deliver safe, effective, and client-centred care.

• Work collaboratively with the internal clinical team to strengthen care programs, clinical processes, and platform outcomes.

• Maintain a professional and supportive therapeutic environment while adapting care to individual client needs.

• Contribute clinical expertise and insights that help improve the overall quality and accessibility of mental health services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in  Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology , or a closely related field.

• Minimum of  300 post-master’s clinical hours .

• Strong practical expertise in  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)  or other evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Experience supporting a diverse range of adult mental health presentations and clinical needs.

• Fluency in  English and the relevant local language .

• Strong clinical communication, active listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader clinical team.

• Experience with  Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) , adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

• Openness to occasional onsite clinical work is considered an advantage.
