About Us   Wing is seeking elite talent to join M32 AI (backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs), dedicated to building agentic AI for SMB's globally.   If you’re driven by challenge and eager to make a significant impact in a high-caliber role, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.   We are looking for a Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, building innovative AI products from 0→1 in a hands-on startup environment. This role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for the founding team, emphasizing rapid iteration and scalable systems. This is an intense role, but comes with the ability to work closely with leadership, and have a high degree of impact.

You Will Own • Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless experiences and market validation.

• Partner with engineering, design, and PMs in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities.

• Record screencasts and product videos of new features to showcase functionality and drive adoption.

• Own facets of product marketing, like messaging, demos, and materials that communicate product value clearly.

• Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine backlogs and boost retention.

• Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.

• Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level on priorities and dashboards.

What Great Looks Like • Analytical builder who spots data patterns and turns them into product decisions and playbooks.

• Entrepreneurial operator thriving in ambiguity, prototyping like a founder while coordinating cross-functionally.

• Hands-on creator skilled in video tools, design (Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity stacks (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot).

• Ability to vibe-code prototypes for engineers & design to understand.

• Taking deep ownership of outcomes.

• Clear communicator for stakeholder syncs, executive updates, and client-facing content.

Preferred Skills & Experience • Startup or consulting background in product/operations.

• Familiarity with 0→1 product launches.

• Proven playbook-building for onboarding, recruitment, or growth systems

• Nice to have: experience, ability, or interest with UI/UX, AI, software engineering
