ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior consulting engagement supporting a large-scale digital transformation program for a supply chain client. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology — bridging Global Process Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive end-to-end ERP implementation success with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead workshops and working sessions with business stakeholders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Process Owners to elicit and validate requirements.
- Document current-state ("As-Is") and future-state ("To-Be") processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and O2C domains.
- Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and gap assessments.
- Perform target/data mapping to align business requirements with ERP system capabilities.
- Write and analyze SQL queries in support of data and integration workstreams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership, facilitating consensus across global teams.
- Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to senior stakeholders.
- Support governance, change management, and decision-making activities throughout the transformation program.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation programs.
- SME-level, hands-on expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within manufacturing environments.
- Proven end-to-end enterprise ERP implementation experience (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Strong background in order management and order entry processes.
- Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in writing and analyzing SQL queries.
- Solid experience with target mapping and data mapping in ERP implementations.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Rate of $70/hr on W2. Visa sponsorship is available for all work authorization types.
LOCATION
Fully remote (United States). Initial contract of 1 year with extension possible.
