ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on operations role at a fast-growing healthtech startup, sitting directly alongside founding leadership. You will own real parts of the business from day one, with a clear path to a full-time position after 3 to 6 months. The expectation is simple: if something is broken, you fix it; if something is manual, you automate it away.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, appointment scheduling, results delivery, and retention.

- Coordinate a network of lab partners, phlebotomy clinics, and supplement manufacturers across Europe.

- Build and maintain internal tooling and automations using tools like n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, and scripting languages.

- Design and document operational playbooks that allow the business to scale customers significantly without proportional headcount growth.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 0 to 2 years of experience in an operations, builder, or similar hands-on role.

- Proven, practical experience building automations and workflows with no-code or scripting tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, or Python.

- Comfortable owning end-to-end processes autonomously, not a support or shadowing role.

- Automation-first mindset: you reach for tooling before reaching for manual effort.

- Native-level German fluency, required for coordinating with local partners and customers.

- Based in Berlin and able to work on-site five days a week.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 30,000 to 36,000 EUR annually. No visa sponsorship is available.
