ABOUT THE ROLE

Join the commercial team at an energy software company focused on industrial battery storage. You will own customer relationships across the lifecycle, helping customers get value from onboarding through ongoing engagement while building a strong understanding of the product and energy market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and manage relationships with new customers, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships.

- Own customer onboarding and ongoing engagement, supporting satisfaction and value realization.

- Develop deep product, market, and customer insights to inform commercial strategy and decisions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- At least 2 years of experience in business-facing roles.

- Native German proficiency and fluent English.

- Strong communication and relationship-management skills, with confidence owning customer outcomes throughout the customer lifecycle.

- Ability to develop useful product, market, and customer insights.

- Some experience with energy markets or a genuine interest in the sector.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual base salary: €70,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
