About the Job:
• Support the entire Israeli payroll process including collecting, validating, and updating data in payroll systems in an accurate and timely manner.
• Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
• handling onboarding and terminations processes and paperwork.
• Continuous updates of Hilan payroll system and employee’s database.
• Act as a point of reference on payroll related questions and requests – in a professional and helpful manner.
• Successfully maintaining internal and external work interfaces – HR, Finance and Admin teams, Insurance Companies, official authorities etc.
Requirements:
• Certified Payroll Controller and attendance in tutorials and seminars - must.
• 2-3 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process.
• Proficiency with payroll-related systems and software –MS Excel (must), Hilan (preferable).
• Desire to learn and specialize in the fields of Israeli’s salary: personal income tax, labour laws and social benefits.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Hebrew.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, Customer service oriented.
• Strong personal ethics.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Motivated, fast learner, and responsible.
