About the Role

Yotpo is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team in Tel Aviv. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles  with a strong focus on Software Engineering and Product  while also flexing to support hiring needs across Yotpo's global offices. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for an experienced recruiter who thrives on solving hard sourcing problems, partners confidently with senior stakeholders, and knows how to move fast without cutting corners on candidate experience.

What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and close.

• Recruit globally as needed, supporting hiring managers and candidates across Yotpo's offices.

• Source proactively, using a mix of traditional channels and AI-powered sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, AI/LLM-based sourcing and outreach tools) to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche technical roles.

• Conduct HR and behavioral interviews, screening candidates for cultural fit, motivation, and core competencies alongside hiring managers' technical evaluation.

• Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership, advising on market data, hiring strategy, role scoping, interview process design, and calibration, acting as a trusted talent advisor.

• Drive an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, representing Yotpo's employer brand with professionalism and care.

• Manage a full, independent desk, prioritizing across multiple open roles and stakeholders with minimal day-to-day oversight.

• Use data to improve outcomes, tracking pipeline health, time-to-fill, and funnel metrics (via Greenhouse or similar ATS) to continuously refine process and sourcing strategy.

• Contribute to employer branding and TA projects, including process improvements, and cross-functional People team initiatives.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house and/or agency), including ownership of complex, high-volume, or senior searches.

• Proven experience hiring Software Engineering and Product profiles - comfortable evaluating technical requirements and engaging technical talent.

• Experience recruiting globally, across multiple countries and cultures, with a high level of spoken and written English.

• Strong, creative sourcing skills, including hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools to identify and engage passive candidates.

• Skilled at HR and behavioral interviewing, able to independently screen and assess candidates for fit, motivation, and competencies beyond the technical evaluation.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior leaders.

• High level of independence and ownership, able to manage a full desk end-to-end with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong business acumen and data-driven mindset, comfortable using recruiting metrics and dashboards to guide decisions.

 

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for a B2B SaaS company — a strong advantage.

• Experience with Greenhouse or another ATS.

• Experience supporting hiring in the US and/or EMEA markets in addition to Israel.

• Background in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or TA operations/analytics.
