We are looking for an experienced Global HR Operations & HRIS Manager to lead and optimize our global HR operations, systems, and processes.

 In this role, you will own key HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, HR systems , data structures, workflows and automation initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

 You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, IT, and Information Systems teams to build simple, effective, and scalable solutions that support our global growth.

 What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, mobility, relocation, offboarding, and rehires.

• Partner with HRIS to drive process improvement initiatives from planning through adoption

• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and operational excellence across the People organization.

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Identify and eliminate manual or fragmented processes through technology and automation in collaboration with the HRIS.

• Maintain and improve HR documentation, approvals, notifications, and employee lifecycle workflows.

• Ensure operational compliance and data integrity consistency across HR systems

• Support reporting and people data initiatives to enable informed decision-making.

• Lead AI adoption across the HR organization, partnering with HR leaders to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and promote innovative ways of working.

• Lead and mentor an HR Operations team.

• Manage multiple HR Operations and partner closely with HRIS on technology projects in a fast-paced global environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, People Operations, or HR Systems roles.

• Strong experience managing HR systems and optimizing HR processes.

• Proven experience leading HR Operations or HRIS projects.

• Experience driving process improvements, automation, and workflow design.

• Strong project management and execution skills.

• Experience working in a global, fast-paced technology company.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Experience working with HiBob.

• Experience working with Greenhouse or other ATS platforms.

• Experience leading HR system implementations or migrations.

• Experience managing or mentoring team members.

• Experience with People Analytics, reporting, dashboards, or BI tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR processes and employee experience.
