Senior Product Manager

Zocks is headquartered in San Francisco, while our entire R&D organization - Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Infrastructure - is based in Budapest. This means our Budapest teams don't just execute on a product built elsewhere: they're directly responsible for shaping the product, technology, and how we build them as we grow. Location: Budapest, XI., Science Park (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays)

Why we're hiring for this role: As we’re growing quickly, we need a Product Manager to help us shape and enhance our product offerings, someone who truly enjoys creating innovative solutions and addressing customer needs throughout the process.

Key challenges you will work on every day: • Setting the product vision and developing a dynamic, detailed product roadmap aligned with company goals in collaboration with key stakeholders and senior management 

• Conducting continuous market research and user feedback sessions to identify and solve customer pain points, adapting the product to meet market demands effectively

• Performing ongoing competitive analysis to understand market trends, positioning, and opportunities for differentiation

• Working closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to prioritize development efforts, marketing strategies, and customer support initiatives that drive product launches and market adoption 

• Leveraging analytics, A/B testing, and user feedback to make informed product decisions. Regularly reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement, ensuring a stellar customer experience.

Most of this applies to you: • A self-starter who can create a product vision and strategy with a proven record of delivering on plans and achieving outcomes

• Strong analytical skills with ability to build sound business models to justify investments

• Deep user empathy and experience building software products based on user needs

• Ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences effectively

• Strong ability to influence and build alignment between different teams and functions

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A scrappy, curious attitude

Requirements: • At least 5 years experience in Product Management, preferably gained at both startups and multinational companies in international environment

• Excellent English and Hungarian communication skills

• Experience working in complex technical organization across global offices/locations in an Agile environment

• Experience working with startups and AI technologies is an advantage
