Our  Senior Account Executive  is a pivotal role responsible for establishing, maintaining, and growing strong external client relationships while ensuring the delivery of world-class work. This position ensures client stability, drives growth on existing accounts, and fosters effortless collaboration with client stakeholders. Additionally, the role acts as a cross-functional project leader to independently manage multiple small- to medium-scale accounts within brands while partnering closely with internal teams to achieve business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Operational Management:  Work closely with the Account Director or Account Manager to manage existing client relationships and drive smooth day-to-day team operations.

Client Relationship Management:  Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned operational clients (e.g., Brand Managers), ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all marketing campaigns and executions.

Project Scoping & Delivery:  Obtain key client requirements and brief project teams accurately to ensure effective scoping and execution of work.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience:  2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing communications, working with both local and international clients (digital creative agency experience with strong B2C exposure is preferred).

• Client Management:  Proven track record of building, maintaining, and servicing client relationships.

• Technical Skills:  Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Communication & Presentation:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create coherent and persuasive presentations.

• Key Attributes:  Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong drive to take initiative.
