We are VML, a creative agency and part of WPP - a global agency network connecting top creative talent from around the world. We work with leading international clients, and we’re currently looking for an  Account Executive  to help us take projects and campaigns to the next level.

What will this role bring you?

• You’ll be part of an international team, working on campaigns seen by millions of people.

• Expect a balance of independence and support: you’ll lead smaller projects from start to finish, while collaborating with an experienced Account Manager on larger ones.

What will you do?

• Manage a key client - a major international company, and contribute to the strategic direction of several brands across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.

• Work closely with the Account Manager and creative team to turn ideas into campaigns that deliver results.

• Take ownership of smaller projects and specific workstreams within larger campaigns.

• Coordinate briefs for creative teams, oversee timelines and budgets, and keep projects running smoothly.

• And when unexpected challenges come up, your team will always have your back.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who enjoys communication, organization, and finding solutions rather than focusing on problems.

• Fluent English skills - we operate in an international environment.

• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once and stay calm under pressure.

• Previous experience in an agency or on the client side is a strong advantage.
