Responsibilities: 1. Content Supply Chain Workflow Ownership • Own one or more end‑to‑end workflows across the content supply chain. • Define workflow intent, outcomes, and value, not isolated features. • Ensure workflows are coherent across regions, brands, and operating models.

2. Agentic AI Enablement • Define how Agentic AI agents: - Orchestrate tasks across the workflow - Reduce manual effort and handovers - Enable adaptive, learning systems • Specify: - Human‑in‑the‑loop controls - Governance and escalation points - Compliance and trust requirements • Partner with AI and Engineering teams to ensure feasibility.

3. Core Product as Infrastructure • Develop Core Product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer, not a standalone product. • Define how core capabilities support: - AI‑driven workflows - Modular configuration - Enterprise scalability • Ensure infrastructure decisions align with long‑term workflow evolution.

4. Data Flow & Integration Ownership • Define the implementation of: - End‑to‑end data flows across the workflow - Data ownership, dependencies, and movement - Analytics and measurement implications • Identify and document: - Integration requirements (internal and external) - System boundaries and constraints • Work closely with Solution Consultants, Business Analysts and Architecture teams during discovery.

5. Commercialization & Value Realization • Define the commercial logic of workflows: - Value drivers - Pricing implications - Packaging options • Ensure workflows can be: - Explained clearly in commercial terms - Supported by scalable pricing models • Partner with Strategic Operations, Finance, and Sales to validate assumptions.

6. Customer & Market Validation (with Sales, Solutions, CSMs and Delivery) • Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultants on: - Deep discovery and use‑case validation - Workflow‑based demos - Technical and data feasibility assessment • Ensure customer insights directly influence: - Workflow prioritization - AI design decisions - Commercial positioning

Requirements: • 5+ years experience in Product Management or related strategic role • Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and launching products that exceed business objectives • Strong understanding of content supply chains in life sciences • Experience designing end‑to‑end workflows, not just features • Working knowledge of: - Agentic AI concepts - Platform/infrastructure thinking - Data flows and integrations • Ability to translate complex systems into clear value narratives • Commercial acumen: pricing logic, value drivers, packaging concepts • 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences industry • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis • Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools • English proficiency - upper-intermediate level or higher
