LIFE AT UIPATH

The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.

To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.

Could that be you?

YOUR MISSION

Technical Program Managers work cross-functionally to lead a growing book of service engagements, ensuring automation engagements and initiatives are optimally resourced, solutioned and delivered within budget time, scope, quality, and cost constraints.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH

- Develop detailed and effective plans and monitor all aspects of program / project / workstream lifecycle, including scope, change and release management.

- Attend and minute all program/project meetings and work closely with client automation COE and Services PMO to ensure all services are delivered and automations are aligned with client strategic objectives so that timecards and milestone completion forms are signed off promptly with invoicing initiated.

- Own the full lifecycle of automation and custom solutions and programs from presales to order, initiation to handover.

- Ensure client and internal stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks, dependencies and issues managed with risk registry and mitigated.

- Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality across engagements.

- Conduct internal and client-facing program/project status meetings and present such reports as required including progress against plan, billings, resource utilization, service credits drawdown and incurred costs.

- Provide weekly status summary of all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.

- Drive client references and document case studies including identifying and sharing new uses for UiPath.

- Also, as an employee of UiPath you are required to comply at all times with UiPath’s policies that were communicated to you from time to time and that are available on Inside UiPath.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM

- 8+ years of experience in client-facing technology project–previous program or delivery management role focused on software development and systems integration.

- Experience in various agile, waterfall, SDLC, hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.

- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing, and conflicting priorities simultaneously.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Project+, or similar project management certifications

Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job? Go ahead, apply anyway. Please. Because we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes—and passion can’t be learned.
