2026-25- NPI Electronics Engineer

Position Summary

Handling all processes related to technical for building samples.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Setup machines and fixtures for soldering line and final assembly line.

• Produce, test and repair product.

• Analyze and improve efficiency, productivity and quality.

• Layout and setup for New Production Introduction (NPI) project and transfer project.

• Layout and setup for internal sample request from other departments.

• Work closely with cross-functional team such as Test System Development (TSD), Production Engineering (PE) and Factory Project Manager (FPM) to get support related to technical.

• Training and support staff, worker of sample team and production team on new and existing processes.

• Other tasks as duly assigned by the Sample Build Supervisor.

Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience

• +3 years of working experience.

• Working experience in electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Good command of English or Chinese language.

• Must have good communication and teamwork skill.

Education, Licenses & Certification

         Bachelor degree or higher with majoring in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, etc.

 Work Conditions

• 44 hours per week. Two Saturdays off per month.

• Working in the office, the production area.

• Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
