Key Responsibilities • Coordinate local participants involved in the project
• Support onboarding processes, including communication and guidance for new participants
• Assist with scheduling sessions and ensuring timely participation
• Support device logistics and procurement when required
• Ensure smooth execution of local sessions and activities
• Monitor and ensure accurate completion of required metadata and documentation
Requirements • Previous experience in coordination, training, or similar roles is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of the local language is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Availability to support onboarding and operational activities as needed
