We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team focused on training AI agents. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of the work performed by individuals testing AI agent. By asking questions and requests, based on various categories (the training is provided), they will try to force the AI agent to say something harmful, offensive, dangerous or toxic and evaluate it’s responses.   The end goal is to prevent AI agent from sharing any harmful, offensive, dangerous or toxic content to the end users and make it safer.   Your primary objective will be to review and assess the questions and requests created by the team, as well as the evaluations, to maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy.   Full online training is provided.

Key Responsibilities: • Review prompts and evaluations from Human and Evaluator roles for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

• Provide clear and actionable feedback to ensure high-quality data for AI training.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine quality control processes and documentation.

• Stay informed about industry trends to continuously improve quality control measures.

Qualifications: • Fluency in Portuguese\French\Spanish\Italian\Arabic\German is essential; proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training.

• 1+ years of experience in quality control, content moderation, or a related role, preferably within the context of AI-driven projects.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in data.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, and conversational AI systems is a plus.
