• Edit and maintain different types of transit data
• Resolve complex mapping and transit data issues
• Support Program Managers in communication with data providers and partners
• Conduct field research to verify transit information and user issues
• Support outage and alert management for assigned cities
• Manage city-specific data pipelines using internal platforms and basic programming skills
Responsibilities – Country Expert • Create country-specific guideline documents for operations teams
• Provide local expertise for mapping policies and regional regulations
• Support mapping operations with knowledge of traffic laws, landmarks, and political mapping formats
• Review and troubleshoot mapping and operational issues
• Act as a point of contact for country-specific mapping questions
• Perform quality audits and identify operational errors
• Review imported mapping data before system integration
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct political and regional formats are applied
Requirements • 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Tech-savvy with basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, C#, or C++)
• Familiarity with GIS or mapping tools
• Strong knowledge of local transit systems, traffic laws, and landmarks
• Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
