Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & E-commerce Intern for a period of 6 months. You are curious, creative, eager to learn, and enjoy a challenge. With your data-driven mindset, creative thinking, and hands-on attitude, you will thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.

What will you do?

As a Marketing & E-commerce Intern, you will play an active role in shaping the experience travelers have when booking their next adventure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting content management and content strategy, including involvement in executing campaign plans

• Assisting with website optimization and learning how it impacts customer journeys and conversion rates

• Collaborating with the Partnerships team to manage relationships with airlines and other partners

• Learning how to create performance analyses and reports, and translating them into actionable insights for optimization

• Contributing creative ideas to improve the online travel experience across the website and social media

• Exploring how AI can be applied effectively across different processes

What do you bring?

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• A proactive, hands-on mindset

• Analytical thinking and an interest in data

• Creativity and attention to detail, with an affinity for social media and trends

• Interest in marketing and the travel industry

• Interest in AI and new technologies

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program during the internship period

• Availability to work 2–3 days per week from the office (Amsterdam Bijlmer)

• Fluency in English is a must. Fluent in German is a big advantage.
