Operations Support Specialist II – Knowledge Management

Key Responsibilities • Develop, coordinate and synchronize people, technology and processes into a collaborative information environment that supports Mission Command for the FTD Director.

• Perform integrated knowledge management: maintain portals, document libraries, study databases and web content.

• Manage meeting battle rhythm, action items and document control for directorate forums.

• Develop and edit briefings, information papers, executive summary memoranda, JCIDS documents and CBAs.

• Collect, organize and archive data supporting programmatic and business initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications • U.S. citizenship.

• Active DoD SECRET clearance (must be active at start).

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 13+ years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

• Experience supporting Army or joint staff operations, knowledge management or documentation.

• Strong writing and editing skills for senior-leader products.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications • Knowledge Management certification or Army KM qualification.

• Familiarity with JCIDS, CBAs and DOTMLPF-P analysis.

• Experience with Army training, simulation or modernization organizations.
