Community Paediatric Nurse – Complex Care

Location:  Banbury, Oxfordshire Shifts: Monday-Friday: 08:00-16:00

Pay Rates (including holiday pay) :

• Days: £35.20 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic, engaging, and highly organised Paediatric Nurses to join a dedicated team supporting a 6-year-old boy with bulbar palsy and a tracheostomy during his school day. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a pivotal role in a young child's first experience of education, helping him to thrive, participate, and achieve his full potential within a school environment. We are looking for compassionate and committed nurses who can provide consistent, high-quality clinical support while fostering independence, confidence, and meaningful social interactions. The ideal candidates will be reliable, proactive, and passionate about delivering person-centred care , ensuring our client receives the fulfilment, enrichment, and continuity of support he deserves as he embarks on this important milestone in his life.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking nurses who are:

• Compassionate and resilient , with a genuine passion for paediatric care.

• Experienced in UK complex care (minimum 6 months in the last 2 years ).

• Skilled in key areas such as Tracheostomy Care & Suction & Nasogastric Tube management.
