Video Editor / Motion Designer

Tempo is looking for a motion designer to create product demos, launch videos, and social content about AI and developer tools.

You will create pure motion graphics and combine footage and screen recordings with animation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Design and animate product demos, explainers, and brand assets.

- Combine footage and screen recordings with motion graphics, pacing, music, and captions.

- Own videos from idea through feedback to final delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Strong motion design work, with an eye for design, pacing, and story.

- Comfortable with After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, or similar tools.

- Interested in AI and developer tools, and quick to learn new tools. Deep technical expertise is not required.

- Clear communication, ownership, and fast iteration on feedback.

- Fluent English, written and spoken.
