The Senior Manager, Consumer Compliance serves as TabaPay’s primary subject matter expert for consumer compliance and provides independent Second Line oversight of consumer compliance risk across the enterprise, with particular responsibility for TabaBank’s consumer banking products and activities.

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, this role will help build, implement, and maintain the Consumer Compliance Program as a core component of the enterprise Compliance Management System (CMS). The role will provide regulatory gui dan ce, oversight, monitoring, testing, and independent challenge to business and operational teams throughout the consumer product lifecycle.

The immediate focus will be supporting TabaBank’s consumer deposit products and ensuring the Consumer Compliance Program is fully operational prior to product launch. This is consistent with the commitment made to the Federal Reserve to establish a dedicated Consumer Compliance Officer and have the program operational before TabaBank’s first consumer deposit transaction.

• Review new products, material changes, fees, disclosures, marketing, customer communications, and servicing practices prior to implementation.

• Develop and maintain consumer compliance policies, standards, gui dan ce, and training.

• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and independent compliance reviews.

• Maintain clear, examination-ready evidence demonstrating the effectiveness of the Consumer Compliance Program.

• Develop consumer compliance metrics and reporting and support the CCO in reporting material risks, monitoring results, complaint trends, regulatory developments, and remediation status to senior management and Board-level governance.
