What the employer wrote

Syndigo gets great products chosen. Every choice in commerce, whether by a shopper, a search engine, a marketplace, or an AI assistant, is made on product data, and our software makes that data complete and trusted and moves it across the industry's largest two-sided commerce network: 15,000+ brands and 3,500+ retailers. Companies like AutoZone, Colgate-Palmolive, Dole International, Unilever, and Walgreens trust Syndigo to get their products chosen. Learn more at  www.syndigo.com .

**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Bangalore location**

We are looking for a Product Manager who embraces an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), using AI throughout the product lifecycle to accelerate innovation, improve product quality, and deliver measurable customer outcomes. You will use AIDLC to lead the strategy and execution of capabilities across our Product Experience Management (PXM) platform while identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve data quality, and enhance customer productivity at scale.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

• Define functional and non-functional requirements and recommend solutions in the form of POCs, prototypes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Partner with engineering and business stakeholders to groom stories and iterate on prototypes throughout the release cycle.

• Act as a proxy for the business throughout development, testing, and release activities to ensure business needs are met.

• Develop business analysis artifacts, such as business rules and process flows, to clarify requirements.

• Coordinate with other departments in advance of feature and product launches to develop messaging that supports and promotes new releases, features, and updates.

• Conduct product training internally and externally, including training internal trainers, developing new product and feature documentation, and introducing new functionality to internal employees and key customers.

• Provide consistency and clarity to development projects by identifying business needs and constraints, defining scope, and ensuring efficient execution.

• Design product processes that move initiatives forward using AI tooling.

• Advance the use of AI and autonomous agents to transform and accelerate the product development lifecycle.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

• 4–5 years of Product Management experience building and scaling enterprise SaaS products.

• Proven experience operating within an AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), leveraging AI across discovery, requirements, design, delivery, and product optimization.

• Demonstrated track record of defining, launching, and scaling AI-powered features, agents, automation workflows, or intelligent recommendation systems.

• Hands-on experience using Generative AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate product management workflows, improve decision-making, and increase team productivity.

• Strong understanding of AI product patterns, including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Ability to identify high-value automation opportunities and translate them into measurable customer and business outcomes.

• Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics, evaluating AI outcomes, and driving continuous product improvement.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, implementation-ready product requirements.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.

• Experience in PIM, PXM, DAM, Syndication, eCommerce, Retail, CPG, Manufacturing, or Distribution domains (preferred but not required).
