Senior Recruiter

Role: Senior Recruiter  Location: Egypt (Remote) Work Week: Sunday – Thursday Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saudi Arabian Time Zone)  Role Overview:  We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of open roles across the business. This is a full-cycle recruiting role — from intake to offer — for someone who can run a high volume of searches independently, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and bring structure and speed to how we hire. Language Requirement: Fluent Arabic and English (C1 proficiency in English) — both are essential for this role

What You'll Do ●       Own full-cycle recruitment for 5–8+ concurrent open roles — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing

●       Partner with hiring managers to scope roles accurately, define success profiles, and design interview processes suited to role seniority and function

●       Source proactively across LinkedIn and other channels to build strong, diverse candidate pipelines — not just relying on inbound applications

●       Run structured, high-quality interviews and provide hiring managers with clear, well-substantiated candidate assessments

●       Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring every candidate — hired or not — has a fast, respectful, transparent process

●       Keep the ATS (Lever) clean and current — accurate pipeline stages, notes, and reporting so hiring status is always visible

●       Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Soum's presence as an employer of choice regionally

Requirements ●       2–3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience , ideally including in-house recruiting for a startup, scale-up, or marketplace/tech business

●       Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (e.g., Tech, Operations, Commercial) independently or with light oversight

●       Strong sourcing skills — confident building pipelines from scratch, not just managing inbound

●       Experience recruiting for the Saudi/MENA market, or strong familiarity with regional hiring dynamics, is a strong plus

●       Hands-on ATS experience (Lever preferred)

●       Solid stakeholder management — comfortable advising hiring managers, pushing back where needed, and driving process with minimal supervision

●       Fluent English required & Arabic is a requirement given close collaboration with the Riyadh team

●       Comfortable working remotely and autonomously, with strong bias to action
