Responsibilities • Assists with maintaining the department calendar, booking meeting rooms and helps communicate any schedule changes.  

• Ensures proper preparation for all meetings and reviews.  

• Records and shares notes from meetings and reviews that accurately reflect action items and an appropriate sense of priority.  

• Assists in tracking department work inputs and outputs in the studio’s database to learn detailed knowledge of the department and its pipeline.  

• Helps distribute and collect timecards for the department.  

• Follows the Tutor’s guidance.  

Requirements • Must be available for at least 3 months onsite (from Monday until Friday, 35h/week).  

• Must be currently enrolled in your last year in an Associate, Bachelor's, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.  

• Self-starter with proficient writing and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.  

• Highly motivated and interested in Animation and Technology.  

• Strongly focused on the Production field.  

• Good team player!  

• High English level.  

• Spanish desirable.
