About the Role:

As a Business Analyst at Shift, you will be embedded within a technology squad to support the delivery of business and technology solutions throughout the full product development lifecycle. What You’ll Do:

- Break down business needs into testable stories and support delivery through the product development lifecycle

- Support solution design, change management, and implementation planning

- Assist with testing, validation, documentation, risk assessments, and project governance

- Help manage vendor relationships and maintain project artefacts

- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably within financial services

- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments

- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with attention to detail in documentation

- Ability to engage and work with a range of stakeholders across business and technical areas

- Skilled in interpreting, documenting, and communicating technical and business processes

- Experience contributing to the delivery of complex projects

- Relevant qualifications in Business Analytics or equivalent

Key benefits:

- Hybrid working: we’re headquartered in North Sydney with state-based workplaces and offer a hybrid work policy. Our offices have spaces for collaboration, socialising and focused work.

- Parental leave: up to 26 weeks paid.

- Strategy Week: twice a year the whole team comes together to hear the business strategy and product and technology roadmap first-hand, with fortnightly all-company business updates in between.

- Flat structure: everyone can learn from each other and senior leaders across the business.

- Wellbeing: benefits supporting your physical, psychological and financial wellbeing, from a day off on your birthday to end of trip facilities.

Additional information: If you don’t meet all the qualifications or skills but think you’d be a great fit, please apply anyway.
