This position requires extensive communication with multiple departments throughout the quote-to-cash cycle and demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: • Serve as primary contact for Sales and Distribution for process exceptions and corrections

• Review daily distribution orders to ensure on-time delivery requirements are met

• Audit Sales Order for accuracy and completeness prior to releasing material for shipment

• Coordinate with Production Planning and Distribution to ensure product availability and proper order flow

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve order-related exceptions

• Continuously evaluate processes, procedures and policies to identify efficiency and improvement opportunities

• Maintain consistent documentation and transactional accuracy

• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge/Skills/Requirements: • Associates Degree in business-related or technical field required.  Bachelors preferred

• Proficiency with company software, including QAD, SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external
